The Girl Friend Posse that is….Even I am not so sure that it should be legal to have as much fun as I do with my girlfriends, but I am so glad that it is, so that I don’t have to break the law.
This latest adventure took us to a rental house in Utah. The view was so amazing, really, you couldn’t find a bad view. I always feel so intelligent on these types of trips as all I can mutter is “WOW, WOW, WOW”…. but, every view is breathtaking.
One of the things that I love so much about this group of girls is, truly you could not find a more eclectic group of women. Most that see us would probably start singing that old Sesame Street song, “one of these just doesn’t belong”, and like all girl groups we have our moments where our ideals butt heads, however the difference is that we all try to stay in that place of learning… keeping our hearts and minds open to the others’ perspective.
We were one girl down this trip, as Posse member Jennel… well made other plans.
On our little outing we managed to meet up with some of our sisters in SOTF who were camping in Idaho – 19 total. It is always fun when we can do that. Carol, Pat and Raunnie and crew seemed to be having a great time.
The whole posse will be together in a couple of weeks as we take on the Farm Chicks Show again… this little trailer is our newest posse steed…. Kayla’s little “Opal”, that she purchased while we were on our adventure.. I can’t wait to see what she does with her.
